Your presentation will be between 3-5 minutes in length and will focus on your culminating portfolio assignment. You will make a video or audio recording of this presentation and attach it to your eportfolio. The objective of the presentation is to educate your audience about a few select items from your portfolio in a manner that is clear, organized, and interesting. You may choose to make use of anything that is available to you to make your presentation captivating. By the end of your presentation, your audience should have a good sense of who you are, the 21st skills you possess, and the knowledge you have gained through your ePortfolio building experience. Share what you like about your ePortfolio and how you would like to improve it. You will not only be evaluated on what you present, but how you present it. A large part of this component is based on your oral presentation skills, so make your presentation interesting and dynamic.
RUBRIC - each category is out of 5
- Do they speak clearly for 3-5 minutes?
- Does the speech sound memorized (cue cards are OK)?
- Is the students voice confident, clear, loud and committed to the project?
- Does the presentation show appropriate ePortfolio choices and reflective comments?
